Our journey with CWF so far has been great! From the beginning, communication has been effective and everyone we have encountered has been polite and professional. Joshua has been able to answer our questions in a timely manner and we can tell he has our best interest in mind. We also had the pleasure of meeting John who came out to set up machines around our home to tackle the water damage. His kind and upbeat demeanor was refreshing! He worked very hard setting everything up and did it all with a smile on his face and answering any questions we had. So far we are very pleased with the CWF team.

CWF helped us take care of our water damage and mold problem very quickly. Andrew came out the same day to assess the damage and he was very helpful with coming up with a plan and walking us through our options, he was very honest with the condition of our home and upfront about the pricing which we appreciated. They then had their crew come out the very next day to begin the remediation process. Julian and Christian were very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with making sure every spot of mold was removed and cleaned from beneath our crawl space. They did an amazing job and we are confident in their restoration process. Both days they all worked after hours without complaint and were very diligent in their work. We are very thankful for all of their help! Definitely use them if you are needing any kind of water damage repair or mold mitigation!!!!

Christian and Julian went above and beyond in cleaning up the debris from our soaked closet (due to a leak behind the wall). They even provided a temporary cover and seal for the drywall and baseboard cutouts! My experience with CWF Restoration has been great and I can definitely recommend them.

Eric, John & Terrell did a fantastic job of mitigating the damage from a water leak in the attic. A quick response the day of the mishap was appreciated. Eric assessed the damage and gave me a thorough review including the mitigation process. As promised, just a few hours later, John and Terrell arrived to minimize the damage including a demo of one wall, removing water soaked insulation and placing fans etc to ensure a rapid dry. Julian and Christian did a great job at my aunt's house. They helped out with a leak we had in our kitchen cabinet. The supervisor Ruben also did a great job explaining what the techs will do. I will recommend CWF to any friend or family that has a water leak in the future.

Although I did not go with CWF's Recon/ Rebuild Team due to outrageous pricing, I did use CWF's Remediation Team and had a great experience. It was wonderful working with Jose, the PM. I would like to mention the services we received was from your remediation group was excellent. Joshua as the project manager clearly explained the process in detail and kept us informed from start to finish. The team that came and did the initial clean up was very courteous, respectful and made sure the containment was 100%.  George and Issac who were out yesterday to complete the remediation, also provided excellent service. Not only did they complete the additional cleaning requested by ERI, but they also performed their work in a professional manner, kept us informed of the progress, made sure the area in which the work was performed was left in clean and excellent condition as well as answered all questions that we had. The team went above and beyond the standard you traditionally see today and I would not hesitate to use CWF in the future feeling confident we would be well taken care of.

I discovered wet carpet in my primary bedroom closet, and it soon moved into the bedroom. After consultation with my plumber, I was referred to CWF. The project manager, Joshua, came out and located a leak in the closet wall. After removing carpet padding and about half of the living room hardwood, Julian and Christian set up dryers and dehumidifiers to dry the affected areas. The process is not yet finished, but I can say that I have never been more impressed by a crew such as these people. They are incredibly kind, hard-working and professional. This is painful to go through, but these guys make it as easy as possible for the residents.

We had a leak coming from out of our slab & found mold inside our pantry.  Called a plumber who found mutiple massive holes in the kitchen sink drain cast iron pipe where water might've been leaking for years/decade+ ? We were referred to CWF Restoration and were quickly put on the schedule for initial inspection. Project Manager Eric Cho was very professional, knowledgeable & sincere!  He performed the tests, scans and easily explained the damage which unfortunately was more than expected.  We've never been through this experience before and Eric was willing to review our homeowners policy as the mitigation would take commercial grade fans, air scrubber & dehumidifier for several days inside our small kitchen.  As we don't have much coverage with insurance, we at least had some for hidden leak damage/seepage. We submitted our first homeowners insurance claim and was approved to start demo & restoration. Seeing that we're on a budget, we requested they try to salvage as much as possible. Christian & Julian came to our home and showed great care! They understood where we were coming from & luckily able to save our old countertop in one piece and our cabinet facings! They were able to mask off our kitchen from the rest of the house for our cats not to enter the area and also keep the heat sectioned off. The plastic wrap wall stayed secured the whole time! The drying time did take longer than expected and they had to keep the fans in place another 2 days (total of 6 days) but it had to be done. Everyone we've come into contact with at CWF Restoration of Texas is truly in the homeowner's favor, shows compassion and their communication is great across the board! Thanks CWF!

After experiencing unexpected water damage in my home, I was greatly concerned and unsure where to start. I received a referral for this restoration company, and from the very beginning, the service was top-notch. What truly made the difference was working with Joshua Black.

Joshua was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and most of all, kind. He took the time to walk me through every step of the restoration process, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure everything was done thoroughly and professionally. He genuinely cared—not just about the work, but about making sure I felt supported during a really tough time.

Shoutout to Rueben, Christian and Julian for their professionalism through our unexpected (new) water damage that happened after our renovation- although it has been hard they were great. Very respectful, neat, organized, and relatively fast cleaning up the mess. CWF has a terrific team.
3 days later: Update Casey and Patrick arrived 10 am to remove drying equipment and said floor walls were more than dry! Great team - very professional!

I highly recommend CWF. My water heater leaked into my walls and carpet. CWF came to my rescue, provided an accurate and well priced estimate and then safely cleaned up and dried up all that water. Julian and Christian came out and were professional, hard working and very polite. I'm a very satisfied customer.

CWF Houston did a great job to help me recover from a leaky copper pipe in the loft right above our master toilet walls. The leak was probably caused by the flux used to solder the pipe when the house was built. Chris did a great job giving me a good estimate and a reasonable price. The workers that installed and removed the drying equipment were very professional as well. The whole team wasted no time and I am very happy I chose them.

After discovering a pipe had burst in our new home, we called CWF and Josh Black was over within a few hours. He was so helpful: incredibly detailed with his explanation of what would be necessary to both mitigate the circumstances and reconstruct, as well as just being incredibly understanding. Julian and Christian were a fantastic team on site: quick, efficient and cleaned up the site every time they left the house. So far, a great experience working with CWF!

Great experience with Project Manager Chris Futrell and his crew. They responded immediately to clean up water damage in my home and to make it safe again. They are professional, extremely nice and explained everything that was being done. They left everything clean as well. I am very impressed and would recommend them to anyone who has any restoration need.

Andrew the project manager and Jeff from the mitigation team were prompt, professional and courteous. They both showed a level of competence and professionalism that is rare in this age of mediocrity. They both helped assuage my reservations and fears about acting quickly and decisively and have been nothing but responsive in the process to repair a nasty roof leak with water damage into my home. Jeff and his colleague on the demo/mitigation team were careful and went out of their way to respect my home and were careful to keep things as neat as possible. Highly recommend this team.

Never thought I would have strong positive opinions about a restoration company, but CWF Restoration has been incredible. Every person that has come out has been extremely polite and courteous of both our time, and our home. We had dealt with a different company for a different water issue, and they were a headache to deal with, so I was expecting more of the same. But CWF made an unpleasant situation easy to deal with. And when we had an issue a few months later, they took care of it free of charge, because they have a lifetime warranty on their work. I believe we have worked with Josh, Chris, Frankie and Christian, among others, and they have all been incredible.

If you need to call them, you’re probably dealing with some damage, but I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Our water heater decided to loose its water late Tuesday night 1/14/2025. I was referred to CWF Restoration by my son Kris Follmer. Josh was out here the next morning to inspect the damage and he explained what CWF would do for us step by step. The next day Frankie and Christian were out to open up the damaged wall and pull up the damaged flooring. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out affected areas. All of them have made this experience less stressful for me and my husband. I would highly recommend CFW to family and friends. Your team was quick in action to start the process of removing the water from the ceiling using fans and drainage equipment plus removing sheet rock in the affected areas. CWF arrived the same day I called and did a Theo rough and professional assessment. Our wooden and ceramic floors had water seepage due to a slab leak. The mitigation team did an excellent job remixing the affected floors and used what appeared to be excellent equipment (fans/dehumidifiers/air purifiers) in our home. Would definitely recommend.

They left the lights on for me! I mean literally! I made a big error, leaving a pot of eggs boiling for 4 hours created a lot of smoke and a horrific smell throughout the whole house. They didn’t just show up they showed up and started working, They worked until late and when I returned home from dinner at 9:30 they were gone, they locked up and left the front porch light on for me, the house already smelled a little better, I went to bed feeling so relieved! We had a pipe burst January 16 and my plumber recommended CWF. They responded within 2 hours of my call and Oscar came to our home Tuesday evening. They scheduled a crew for Friday late afternoon. We’ve been very pleased with CWF crew's customer service delivery. I recently moved to Texas from out of state and had the pleasure of meeting Josh. Josh responded same day and was one of the most mannerable people I have ever met. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and did an awesome job of explaining next steps.

John arrived shortly after with equipment to help the areas dry. He was very respectful to my family and property and exceptionally clean. It had recently rained and I would have never known he had brought in all that equipment from outside. CWF is an amazing company! We have used them multiple times and they have always come to our rescue. We had two events where our house had water damage and they were here the same day to mitigate it. Josh and Axel are project coordinators and were great at coordinating the water mitigation and subsequent repairs. I also want to recognize John for his mitigation work. He has been here both times to save the day. He is super friendly and knowledgeable, and his positive energy helped us get through these tough moments. Ask for John to perform the work when you have a water mitigation need.

John was very professional, efficient and did an awesome job. He found another leak under the house that hadn't been detected, took pictures and shut the water off outside. Left directions for me to contact him if needed after the plumbers finished their part.

Joshua & Mike came out quickly to assess my needs. Frankie and Julian professionally moved household items and addressed all the areas with water damage. Great team!! Would highly recommend!

John and Kris came out within a couple of hours of a big leak we had that ran from the attic, through the second floor walls and ceiling and down to the first floor ceiling. They were really great to work with, especially given that it was a Sunday evening! All the initial work was done quickly with no mess. They informed us of the whole process and what needed to be done to get everything taken care of. I would definitely recommend them!

Frankie and Julian came out at 8am and worked until midnight to get our house cleaned up and started the drying process. They were professional and courteous and made sure we knew they were there to help in any way they could. If you end up with a flooded house like we did, I highly recommend this company!!

We had a water pipe break that caused water to pool under our floors in three rooms before we could get it turned off. The plumber who responded to our emergency call suggested CWF and we are very happy that they did. A representative came out immediately after we called and would have had a crew out that night (Sunday) but we were not prepared for them at that time. They came out the next morning and surveyed the house measured for moister pulled off the baseboards and deployed their drying machines within a couple of hours. It appears that their quick response and good work focusing on the necessary areas saved our floors, successfully dried the house and will make the repair process so much easier.

I had a water leak issue that cause the garage ceiling to partially collapse. When I called CWF, Josh came right over within 2 hours. After he inspected the damage he gave me a quote. Walked me through everything then his guys Frankie and Julian came over to repair what had been done. Withen 4 hours they were able to assess, quote and repair and they answered all my questions, which I had a lot of. Hopefully not but if I ever needed a their help again I would call without hesitation.

A potentially nightmare water leak situation avoided. Project Manager Josh was on the scene fast. So courteous, professional, knowledgeable. I loved his water-leak detection gun, that was pretty cool. He explained the entire process, he called the office to start sending a team out. They arrived earlier than they said, they got right to work with the fans drying up the water. John and Kris were equally as courteous, professional and knowledgeable and funny I might add! This is the type of company you need to have on hand when emergencies hit, and I am so happy that they were referred to us. They’re welcome in my home anytime, I just hope it doesn’t happen anytime soon! Oh, about an hour after they left, someone from the office called to see how the work was and if we were satisfied. She then explained the billing process and what to expect with that. It’s a true gem when you find a company you can trust.

A plumber friend recommended this company to us. They came out same day, gave estimate, and had their demo guys, John & Chris, in that night! It was crazy fast and efficient! They even took care of what my insurance needed! I would def recommend this company to anyone needing repair. Can’t speak on the rehab part yet- but will update once that part is complete.

A water leak in the house is a headache but CWF made the experience much easier. The professionals sent to our house to do the work were absolutely amazing. Frankie, Julian, Kade, and Joshua were professional, trustworthy, and held an open line of communication. Frankie and Joshua were especially kind and communicative. I absolutely recommend CWF.

We have had a great experience with CWF restoration so far! We are 2/3 through the process. Step 1 with Josh the PM was to assess the water damage. He was out within an hour and provided an estimate on the spot. Step 2 was the mediation crew (Frankie and Julian) who came to inspect the damage and setup dehumidifiers and fans to help limit the water damage. They were all extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. We haven’t completed our services yet - still have the repairs left (will update when I do) , however so far I would recommend CWF and definitely use them again!

I could not be happier with the restoration work that John, Chris, and Quindarian did at my home today. They are consummate professionals and experts. Working with CWF Restoration was a very professional and efficient experience. They were punctual and very focused on the task at hand. The technician’s were personable and took great pride I their work. This was a small job and we were impressed with the final results. They cleaned up behind themselves and were very careful and respectful of our home. We would most definitely recommend them to anyone needing restoration!

A plumber found a major leak in our home and recommended CWF to clean up damage and prevent mold. They were out within an hour to check the damage and started work that afternoon. John and Kris did an excellent job; they thoroughly explained the work they needed to do and removed only what was necessary. Despite having to remove a good chunk of drywall, they left the job area totally clean and, most importantly, mold and water free. Great to know who to call if this happens again!

We arrived home from vacation to discover that a water pipe in our attic was leaking while we were gone! What a mess - ceiling partially collapsed, wet insulation on the floor, thoroughly soaked carpet/pad, and wet hallway hardwood. The plumber that fixed the leak recommended CWF Restoration. The CWF water mitigation project manager, Frank, arrived within an hour on a Saturday morning to discuss the services they could provide. The water mitigation team of John and Kris arrived that afternoon and worked for 5 1/2 hours removing all the water soaked and damaged sheet rock, insulation, and flooring. Our experience with Frank, John, and Kris was very positive amidst a stressful situation. They were very professional, personable, and explained everything that they were doing. We haven't worked with the restoration team yet, but based on experience thus far, I would highly recommend CWF Restoration.

Frank made a wonderful first impression making a bad situation for my Mom better and put her at ease answering all her questions. Then our restore team, Kris and John were amazing. They were so neat and detailed with the demo and clean up. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Very kind and professional!

Had a water leak and the plumber recommend CFW. I called and they were at my house in less than 2 hours. I had already had the leak fixed so they immediately put up fans and dehumidifiers to dry things out. Mario was the manager who was excellent as was Blane who did the job. They were so careful, neat and clean. Protected all the floors, countertops and cabinets. They also worked with my insurance company to expedite the process and claim.
I highly recommend this company.

Frankie, Julian, and Mario were Very prompt, professional, courteous, nice, answered all my questions. They took their time to go over every step and gave me plenty of time to asks questions. They made me feel comfortable with every step and explained everything to me. They took their time to make sure they did the job right. They told me they would only take 2 hrs, but ended up staying for more than 4 hrs. They didn’t rush their jobs to get onto the next customer. I would definitely recommended this company!! After my dishwasher leaked under my kitchen cabinets, CWF came out to clean the resulting mold growth. I was expecting them to have to tear out all my kitchen cabinets on one half of my kitchen. Frankie, Julian, and Liz were very professional and efficient. They ended up only having to take out the bottom cabinets because the mold was not as high as expected. They were able to save my countertop and cabinet fronts, so the restoration phase will be easier. Before they left, they made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend CWF Restoration for a great job. I had a water leak over the weekend in my bedroom and bathroom. Mario came out to give me an estimate, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He spent about an hour estimating and taking pictures, answering all my questions. He was able to send a crew out the same day consisting of Kris, John and Gavin who were great. They were friendly, professional and efficient in restoration of the mess that was my bedroom, moving furniture with care and taking up and relaying the carpet. They kept me informed and reassured. Highly recommended!
