CWF Restoration is rated as the best emergency restoration company in the area. Here’s how we stack up against the competition.
1
Category 1 water damage is the result of compromised sanitary water supply lines. To remain a Category 1 situation, the structure must not be affected for more than 72 hours, and the impacted materials must be clean and in good condition.
2
To maintain a Category 2 situation, the damage must not remain in the structure for a long time. If the damage was originally Category 1, it will degrade to Category 2 after 72 hours. If the damage is Category 2, it will degrade further and become Category 3 after 48 hours.
3
When damage has remained in a structure for more than 120 hours, it is categorized as Category 3. Whatever the initial source, it can be considered Category 3 if it is allowed to dwell in the structure for five days. It is necessary to remove all affected materials and thoroughly clean the surfaces to be restored.
Our restoration process works by mitigating, or “minimizing the severity” of your large loss. On average, every $1 spent on mitigation can save $5 in future remediation costs. Because response time is critical, getting a quick free estimate from our disaster recovery team is crucial to reducing and preventing further damage.
