Restoration & Rebuild Service
CWF Restoration is rated as the best emergency restoration company in the area. Here’s how we stack up against the competition.
Category 1 water damage is the result of compromised sanitary water supply lines. To remain a Category 1 situation, the structure must not be affected for more than 72 hours, and the impacted materials must be clean and in good condition.
To maintain a Category 2 situation, the damage must not remain in the structure for a long time. If the damage was originally Category 1, it will degrade to Category 2 after 72 hours. If the damage is Category 2, it will degrade further and become Category 3 after 48 hours.
When damage has remained in a structure for more than 120 hours, it is categorized as Category 3. Whatever the initial source, it can be considered Category 3 if it is allowed to dwell in the structure for five days. It is necessary to remove all affected materials and thoroughly clean the surfaces to be restored.
Our restoration process works by mitigating, or “minimizing the severity” of your loss. On average, every $1 spent on mitigation can save $5 in future remediation costs. On the other hand, you can get a free estimate as soon as possible because a quick response is extremely important to us to reduce further damage and prevent mold.
