When Drew came for the removal of sheetrock, cabinets, etc. I was also impressed. They made sure that the areas were fully dry before removing the drying equipment.They worked hard with us to find a new vanity and shower tile that worked for us. They came around 9am and were here until after 10pm. I felt really bad they had to work such long hours. I loved his water-leak detection gun, that was pretty cool. He explained the entire process, he called the office to start sending a team out. They arrived earlier than they said, they got right to work with the fans drying up the water. John and Kris were equally as courteous, professional and knowledgeable and funny I might add! This is the type of company you need to have on hand when emergencies hit, and I am so happy that they were referred to us. They’re welcome in my home anytime, I just hope it doesn’t happen anytime soon! Oh, about an hour after they left, someone from the office called to see how the work was and if we were satisfied.
