They came out the next morning and surveyed the house measured for moister pulled off the baseboards and deployed their drying machines within a couple of hours. The water mitigation team of John and Kris arrived that afternoon and worked for 5 1/2 hours removing all the water soaked and damaged sheet rock, insulation, and flooring. Our experience with Frank, John, and Kris was very positive amidst a stressful situation. They were very professional, personable, and explained everything that they were doing.
