I was a little skeptical when I chose CWF restoration as I didn't know who to call after my hot water heater leaked and flooded my hallway, so I just picked them from Google hoping for the best.

I can honestly give them a 5 star review. I called them about 11:00pm the night just after my hot water heater overflowed and was able to get a project manager out to my home by 8am the very next morning. The project manager, Josh Black, was very professional and efficient and had a team with carpet driers, etc., at my home by 1pm that day. The team was very efficient as well as they raised the wet carpet areas and put 3 fans and a dehumidifer to work. They had to run for nearly 3 days to completely dry everything out. Then they came back as scheduled and picked up the equipment. Then another team came out and did a thorough cleaning of the effected area.

Now, everything is dry and after installing a new hot water heater am now back to 0. I definitely give Josh and his teams a 5 star rating and highly recommend them for this type of work.

One of my best friends had a pipe burst in his attic and flood his home. CWF was so quick to help him. What could have been a nightmare has been turned around. This company was empathetic, professional, quick, and knowledgeable. They rank 5 stars out of five in my book. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you CWF for all you do to help people in such an awful moment in their lives. It’s so rare in this world today to find companies that still “ do the right thing”. You’re the best.

We had a leak coming from out of our slab & found mold inside our pantry.  Called a plumber who found mutiple massive holes in the kitchen sink drain cast iron pipe where water might've been leaking for years/decade+ ? We were referred to CWF Restoration and were quickly put on the schedule for initial inspection. Project Manager Eric Cho was very professional, knowledgeable & sincere!  He performed the tests, scans and easily explained the damage which unfortunately was more than expected.  We've never been through this experience before and Eric was willing to review our homeowners policy as the mitigation would take commercial grade fans, air scrubber & dehumidifier for several days inside our small kitchen.  As we don't have much coverage with insurance, we at least had some for hidden leak damage/seepage. We submitted our first homeowners insurance claim and was approved to start demo & restoration. Seeing that we're on a budget, we requested they try to salvage as much as possible. Christian & Julian came to our home and showed great care! They understood where we were coming from & luckily able to save our old countertop in one piece and our cabinet facings! They were able to mask off our kitchen from the rest of the house for our cats not to enter the area and also keep the heat sectioned off. The plastic wrap wall stayed secured the whole time! The drying time did take longer than expected and they had to keep the fans in place another 2 days (total of 6 days) but it had to be done. Everyone we've come into contact with at CWF Restoration of Texas is truly in the homeowner's favor, shows compassion and their communication is great across the board! Thanks CWF!

Thank you so much Joshua , Christian and Frankie for making a terrible afternoon turn out better than we thought it would. Our hot water heater busted in our upstairs area and leaked into our downstairs. Your team was quick in action to start the process of removing the water from the ceiling using fans and drainage equipment plus removing sheet rock in the affected areas. We appreciate all the support your team has given our family plus the peace of mind that things will be ok .

Eric Cho was so nice and patient with me.He talked to my insurance company and helped get the claim filed. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for honest people. They are the best I ever worked with. Julian and Derek came brought all the fans set them up for 4 days .

Our hot water heater went out in the attic and flooded our walls and doors. Frankie and Jordan came out the very next day to demo and dry the entire affected area. They were extremely professional and completely removed the damage in under an hour. Couldn’t recommend them more!

CWF Restoration responded quickly to my call after I had a flooding situation. They assessed the damage and sent out Frankie and Jordan to remove the damaged floor and begin the drying process. They were very professional and informative about the process. I felt comfortable with them in my home and confident they knew exactly what to do. The support team has called promptly to follow up on services. I am pleased with them and plan to use them for floor replacement.

I recently moved to Texas from out of state and had the pleasure of meeting Josh. Josh responded same day and was one of the most mannerable people I have ever met. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and did an awesome job of explaining next steps.

John arrived shortly after with equipment to help the areas dry. He was very respectful to my family and property and exceptionally clean. It had recently rained and I would have never known he had brought in all that equipment from outside. He also set up the equipment so that it didn’t bother our daily routine and was sure to secure it so no one tripped.

I would definitely recommend CWF.

Frankie and Julian came out at 8am and worked until midnight to get our house cleaned up and started the drying process. They were professional and courteous and made sure we knew they were there to help in any way they could. If you end up with a flooded house like we did, I highly recommend this company!!
