I had a water leak in my attic that flooded my bathroom. Jacob, the Project Manager , came out and gave me a quote and lined everything up with the insurance company with ease.
Alex and Keyeston came and started the cleaning process. They both did an excellent job. I have used other restorations companies before and never had a great experience with them.
Even my insurance agent complimented the service of that was given through CWF. They are truly a professional company and i will definitely use them when future needs arise.

Jose came out to assess some damage from a peculiar leak. He was clear, patient, fair, and friendly. Yovani and Trevo came over the next day to set up equipment to dry out the impacted area. They were quick, thorough, and professional. They returned a few days later to be sure all was dry and retrieve their equipment. This was a very smooth experience. I would hire them again!

After experiencing the shock of burst pipes, we were happily surprised when CWF sent Jacob (Project Manager) out to our home so quickly to assess our water damage. After that, Yovani and Trevon (technicians) also arrived quickly to continue measuring and mitigating our damages. They were so respectful of our property while doing what they needed to do to help us. I truly appreciate all of their hard work, professionalism, and friendly attitudes. While I hope that I never need them again, I recommend this company highly and would call them again.

I've used CWF for water mitigation for three different unfortunate water events (pipes busted, etc.). They are quick to respond in the middle of the night and quick to install mitigation equipment to preserve as much home from damage as possible and to prevent any mold or mildew. I've worked with, at this point, probably 10 different on-site employees and 2-3 others over the phone. Everyone has been EXCELLENT. Trust this company with your mitigation needs!

- Alex & Traevon: both of these guys were so friendly that they made my house getting wrecked by a leak a pleasant experience at times, and that is damn tough to pull off. But both of them were great at keeping it moving & getting work done efficiently, too. Alex was also especially helpful because he would frequently give simple, factual updates about what was going on that helped me as a customer understand what to expect & do.
- Jacob: this was our middle of the night project manager. He had such a calming presence in the midst of a crisis and was very kind and insightful. He really was great at guiding me through what the whole process would look like and I LOVED having him there to help us.

The service was great. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up the water damage. However, price is the reason I gave them 3 stars only. They charge a 2 or 3% if you pay with credit card. To avoid that % fee you have to give them your routing and bank account number. NO WAY!! Not with all the hacking going on. The amount of money I spent to then pay a service fee for using my credit card is bad business. There are other places that don’t charge that and I looked them up. So if you are ok getting charged the service fee for credit card they will work. But unlike me, I don’t pay billing fees, they need to figure that out. After talking with manager, they accommodated my request about billing and would look into it. So after that I was able to give them 5 stars. Customers don’t like seeing services fees due to billing and they are looking into it.

I had called a plumber who discovered that under the house, pier and beam foundation, there was at least a foot of water. The plumber immediately called CFW to come over to pump out all the water. John, very positive and friendly individual, showed up to begin pumping 2500 gallons of water from under the house. CFW then placed fans in the crawl space to dry out in order to find the source of the water. They fid an excellent job and were very thorough. A big shout out to John, Tyrell, Albert, Tyler and Connor. These are the individuals that made up the "team" I interacted with, and they were all very professional, courteous, patient, hard workers, and above all else they all enjoyed their jobs and took pride in their work. I appreciate each of them and they took a bad situation and made it a tolerable experience.

We recently had water damage at our home and were recommended to CWF Restoration by the plumber. Cavalry was fantastic. Trystan is professional, timely and flexible. We had an A/C leak through the attic floor and into our insulation and ceiling. They quickly came over and started the job by setting up fans and providing a fair estimate. The next day, workers showed up to remove the damaged part of the ceiling. Again, professional, timely and good quality work. After letting it dry, they provided a contact who can repair the drywall. We were very impressed by Cavalry and especially how non-intrusive they were. Highly recommend!

Our journey with CWF so far has been great! From the beginning, communication has been effective and everyone we have encountered has been polite and professional. Joshua has been able to answer our questions in a timely manner and we can tell he has our best interest in mind. We also had the pleasure of meeting John who came out to set up machines around our home to tackle the water damage. His kind and upbeat demeanor was refreshing! He worked very hard setting everything up and did it all with a smile on his face and answering any questions we had. So far we are very pleased with the CWF team.
CWF helped us take care of our water damage and mold problem very quickly. Andrew came out the same day to assess the damage and he was very helpful with coming up with a plan and walking us through our options, he was very honest with the condition of our home and upfront about the pricing which we appreciated. They then had their crew come out the very next day to begin the remediation process. Julian and Christian were very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with making sure every spot of mold was removed and cleaned from beneath our crawl space. They did an amazing job and we are confident in their restoration process. Both days they all worked after hours without complaint and were very diligent in their work. Christian and Julian went above and beyond in cleaning up the debris from our soaked closet (due to a leak behind the wall). They even provided a temporary cover and seal for the drywall and baseboard cutouts! My experience with CWF Restoration has been great and I can definitely recommend them.

Eric, John & Terrell did a fantastic job of mitigating the damage from a water leak in the attic. A quick response the day of the mishap was appreciated. Eric assessed the damage and gave me a thorough review including the mitigation process. As promised, just a few hours later, John and Terrell arrived to minimize the damage including a demo of one wall, removing water soaked insulation and placing fans etc to ensure a rapid dry. I would like to mention the services we received was from your remediation group was excellent. Joshua as the project manager clearly explained the process in detail and kept us informed from start to finish. The team that came and did the initial clean up was very courteous, respectful and made sure the containment was 100%. George and Issac who were out yesterday to complete the remediation, also provided excellent service. Not only did they complete the additional cleaning requested by ERI, but they also performed their work in a professional manner, kept us informed of the progress, made sure the area in which the work was performed was left in clean and excellent condition as well as answered all questions that we had. The team went above and beyond the standard you traditionally see today and I would not hesitate to use CWF in the future feeling confident we would be well taken care of.
I discovered wet carpet in my primary bedroom closet, and it soon moved into the bedroom. After consultation with my plumber, I was referred to CWF. The project manager, Joshua, came out and located a leak in the closet wall. After removing carpet padding and about half of the living room hardwood, Julian and Christian set up dryers and dehumidifiers to dry the affected areas. The process is not yet finished, but I can say that I have never been more impressed by a crew such as these people. They are incredibly kind, hard-working and professional. This is painful to go through, but these guys make it as easy as possible for the residents.
We had a leak coming from out of our slab & found mold inside our pantry. Called a plumber who found mutiple massive holes in the kitchen sink drain cast iron pipe where water might've been leaking for years/decade+ ? We were referred to CWF Restoration and were quickly put on the schedule for initial inspection. Project Manager Eric Cho was very professional, knowledgeable & sincere! He performed the tests, scans and easily explained the damage which unfortunately was more than expected. We've never been through this experience before and Eric was willing to review our homeowners policy as the mitigation would take commercial grade fans, air scrubber & dehumidifier for several days inside our small kitchen. As we don't have much coverage with insurance, we at least had some for hidden leak damage/seepage. We submitted our first homeowners insurance claim and was approved to start demo & restoration. Seeing that we're on a budget, we requested they try to salvage as much as possible. Christian & Julian came to our home and showed great care! They understood where we were coming from & luckily able to save our old countertop in one piece and our cabinet facings! They were able to mask off our kitchen from the rest of the house for our cats not to enter the area and also keep the heat sectioned off. The plastic wrap wall stayed secured the whole time! The drying time did take longer than expected and they had to keep the fans in place another 2 days (total of 6 days) but it had to be done. Everyone we've come into contact with at CWF Restoration of Texas is truly in the homeowner's favor, shows compassion and their communication is great across the board! Thanks CWF!

I highly recommend CWF. My water heater leaked into my walls and carpet. CWF came to my rescue, provided an accurate and well priced estimate and then safely cleaned up and dried up all that water. Julian and Christian came out and were professional, hard working and very polite. I'm a very satisfied customer.
CWF Houston did a great job to help me recover from a leaky copper pipe in the loft right above our master toilet walls. The leak was probably caused by the flux used to solder the pipe when the house was built. Chris did a great job giving me a good estimate and a reasonable price. The workers that installed and removed the drying equipment were very professional as well. The whole team wasted no time and I am very happy I chose them.
After discovering a pipe had burst in our new home, we called CWF and Josh Black was over within a few hours. He was so helpful: incredibly detailed with his explanation of what would be necessary to both mitigate the circumstances and reconstruct, as well as just being incredibly understanding. Great experience with Project Manager Chris Futrell and his crew. They responded immediately to clean up water damage in my home and to make it safe again. They are professional, extremely nice and explained everything that was being done. They left everything clean as well. Andrew the project manager and Jeff from the mitigation team were prompt, professional and courteous. They both showed a level of competence and professionalism that is rare in this age of mediocrity. They both helped assuage my reservations and fears about acting quickly and decisively and have been nothing but responsive in the process to repair a nasty roof leak with water damage into my home. Never thought I would have strong positive opinions about a restoration company, but CWF Restoration has been incredible. Every person that has come out has been extremely polite and courteous of both our time, and our home. We had dealt with a different company for a different water issue, and they were a headache to deal with, so I was expecting more of the same. But CWF made an unpleasant situation easy to deal with. And when we had an issue a few months later, they took care of it free of charge, because they have a lifetime warranty on their work. I believe we have worked with Josh, Chris, Frankie and Christian, among others, and they have all been incredible.

Our water heater decided to loose its water late Tuesday night 1/14/2025. I was referred to CWF Restoration by my son Kris Follmer. Josh was out here the next morning to inspect the damage and he explained what CWF would do for us step by step. The next day Frankie and Christian were out to open up the damaged wall and pull up the damaged flooring. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out affected areas. All of them have made this experience less stressful for me and my husband. I would highly recommend CFW to family and friends. CWF arrived the same day I called and did a Theo rough and professional assessment. Our wooden and ceramic floors had water seepage due to a slab leak. The mitigation team did an excellent job remixing the affected floors and used what appeared to be excellent equipment (fans/dehumidifiers/air purifiers) in our home. Would definitely recommend.

They left the lights on for me! I mean literally! I made a big error, leaving a pot of eggs boiling for 4 hours created a lot of smoke and a horrific smell throughout the whole house. We had a pipe burst January 16 and my plumber recommended CWF. They responded within 2 hours of my call and Oscar came to our home Tuesday evening. They scheduled a crew for Friday late afternoon. CWF is an amazing company! We have used them multiple times and they have always come to our rescue. We had two events where our house had water damage and they were here the same day to mitigate it. Josh and Axel are project coordinators and were great at coordinating the water mitigation and subsequent repairs. I also want to recognize John for his mitigation work. He has been here both times to save the day. He is super friendly and knowledgeable, and his positive energy helped us get through these tough moments. Ask for John to perform the work when you have a water mitigation need.
John was very professional, efficient and did an awesome job. He found another leak under the house that hadn't been detected, took pictures and shut the water off outside. Left directions for me to contact him if needed after the plumbers finished their part.

John and Kris came out within a couple of hours of a big leak we had that ran from the attic, through the second floor walls and ceiling and down to the first floor ceiling. They were really great to work with, especially given that it was a Sunday evening! All the initial work was done quickly with no mess. We had a water pipe break that caused water to pool under our floors in three rooms before we could get it turned off. The plumber who responded to our emergency call suggested CWF and we are very happy that they did. A representative came out immediately after we called and would have had a crew out that night (Sunday) but we were not prepared for them at that time. They came out the next morning and surveyed the house measured for moister pulled off the baseboards and deployed their drying machines within a couple of hours. It appears that their quick response and good work focusing on the necessary areas saved our floors, successfully dried the house and will make the repair process so much easier.
I had a water leak issue that cause the garage ceiling to partially collapse. When I called CWF, Josh came right over within 2 hours. After he inspected the damage he gave me a quote. Walked me through everything then his guys Frankie and Julian came over to repair what had been done. Withen 4 hours they were able to assess, quote and repair and they answered all my questions, which I had a lot of. Hopefully not but if I ever needed a their help again I would call without hesitation.
A potentially nightmare water leak situation avoided. Project Manager Josh was on the scene fast. So courteous, professional, knowledgeable. I loved his water-leak detection gun, that was pretty cool. He explained the entire process, he called the office to start sending a team out. They arrived earlier than they said, they got right to work with the fans drying up the water. John and Kris were equally as courteous, professional and knowledgeable and funny I might add! This is the type of company you need to have on hand when emergencies hit, and I am so happy that they were referred to us. They’re welcome in my home anytime, I just hope it doesn’t happen anytime soon! Oh, about an hour after they left, someone from the office called to see how the work was and if we were satisfied. She then explained the billing process and what to expect with that. It’s a true gem when you find a company you can trust.

A water leak in the house is a headache but CWF made the experience much easier. The professionals sent to our house to do the work were absolutely amazing. Frankie, Julian, Kade, and Joshua were professional, trustworthy, and held an open line of communication. Frankie and Joshua were especially kind and communicative. I absolutely recommend CWF.
We have had a great experience with CWF restoration so far! We are 2/3 through the process. Step 1 with Josh the PM was to assess the water damage. He was out within an hour and provided an estimate on the spot. Step 2 was the mediation crew (Frankie and Julian) who came to inspect the damage and setup dehumidifiers and fans to help limit the water damage. They were all extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. We haven’t completed our services yet - still have the repairs left (will update when I do) , however so far I would recommend CWF and definitely use them again!

After my dishwasher leaked under my kitchen cabinets, CWF came out to clean the resulting mold growth. I was expecting them to have to tear out all my kitchen cabinets on one half of my kitchen. Frankie, Julian, and Liz were very professional and efficient. They ended up only having to take out the bottom cabinets because the mold was not as high as expected. They were able to save my countertop and cabinet fronts, so the restoration phase will be easier. Before they left, they made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend them!
