I had a water leak in my attic that flooded my bathroom. Jacob, the Project Manager , came out and gave me a quote and lined everything up with the insurance company with ease.

Alex and Keyeston came and started the cleaning process. They both did an excellent job. I have used other restorations companies before and never had a great experience with them.

Even my insurance agent complimented the service of that was given through CWF. They are truly a professional company and i will definitely use them when future needs arise.

Jose came out to assess some damage from a peculiar leak. He was clear, patient, fair, and friendly. Yovani and Trevo came over the next day to set up equipment to dry out the impacted area. They were quick, thorough, and professional. They returned a few days later to be sure all was dry and retrieve their equipment. This was a very smooth experience. I would hire them again!

I've used CWF for water mitigation for three different unfortunate water events (pipes busted, etc.). They are quick to respond in the middle of the night and quick to install mitigation equipment to preserve as much home from damage as possible and to prevent any mold or mildew. I've worked with, at this point, probably 10 different on-site employees and 2-3 others over the phone. Everyone has been EXCELLENT. Trust this company with your mitigation needs!

- Alex & Traevon: both of these guys were so friendly that they made my house getting wrecked by a leak a pleasant experience at times, and that is damn tough to pull off. But both of them were great at keeping it moving & getting work done efficiently, too. Alex was also especially helpful because he would frequently give simple, factual updates about what was going on that helped me as a customer understand what to expect & do.
- Jacob: this was our middle of the night project manager. He had such a calming presence in the midst of a crisis and was very kind and insightful. He really was great at guiding me through what the whole process would look like and I LOVED having him there to help us.
- Desiree: she has been our point of contact dealing with negotiating with insurance and she is fierce and quick to get stuff done. I'm so so glad to have her on our side!
- Alfonso & Eric: I also wanted to say these two were efficient and quiet workers. Courteous & skilled and glad to have them on our team.

I haven't yet worked with the repair side of CWF, because projects are in progress, but mitigation is a FABULOUS team. I will update this review once I've gone through the repair process.

I had an urgent condo high rise kitchen sink pipe slow water leak that was discovered in a Friday night by building maintenance. Sewage and mold behind cabinets and an inch of water slowly building under floor boards no one noticed. This had seemingly been ongoing slowly for months. Maintenance was unable to assist at this point. I needed to evacuate my tenants and get immediate help.

Saturday my plumber recommended calling CWFR who responded immediately upon calling, a project manager named Oscar was assigned and on site within 45 min of my call on a Saturday night. Oscar was very calm walking me thru how it was to be handled starting Monday morning and assuring he would help me every step of the way including working with my insurance. Oscar gave me his email and his cell phone the first time we spoke and anytime I called I got my questions answered immediately.

CWFR sent in their COI at 9am to the condo building office and crew started at noon Monday. CWFR demolition crew had removed lower cabinets, counter top, cut large whole in wall to expose plumbing for my plumber to repair, cleaned mold and sewage then thoroughly cleared debris, vacuumed and sprayed to kill any possible existing mold left. Then big blow dryers and dehumidifiers to dry for 3 days.

By Wednesday the demolition needed was complete and dryers were blowing to thoroughly dry area. I was receiving super helpful calls and emails from Erin and Cheyenne checking on how I was doing and preparing for reconstruction phase. Everything was transparent and helpful which kept me calm and project moving swiftly.

Reconstruction phase with CWFR is next. They can handle this entire project until the apartment is put back together and if needed they have resources for 3rd parties.

CFWR always picked up the phone from day one, John, Yan, Jack and others. Such nice team of people ready and willing to be helpful to get me thru this difficult situation. NO phone prompts at CWFR office number. Live person who was knowledgeable (and again very kind) about my case answered my questions. Crew was always on time when they promised.

CWF Restoration came out when we had a pipe break and flooded the crawlspace. They came out very quickly and were extremely professional and polite. Laura, Christian and Desiree are all Rock Stars there and eager to help every step of the way. My condo was damaged from a water leak in a unit above and CWF showed up immediately, gave me an estimate the same day then completed the mitigation with excellence. They are all professional, work fast and clean but did the job with Excellence. They turned an unpleasant and bad experience into a good one.

Great experience! CWF was recommended by my plumber and I agree. Arrival was prompt and courteous. Eric Cho went under the house and assessed the situation, taking photos he shared with me. At a time when he could have made money, he was honest and said further work past the plumber wasn't necessary! I will use this company for future restoration needs.

They did a really good job drying the subfloor for us without having to rip up our newly installed tile. I felt like they really cared about the situation we were having, and not only did they handle it professionally, but also with compassion that we had unexpected damage to our home.

I contacted CWF Restoration to clean/sanitize my basement after flooding. Kevin came the next day to access the job, which was started the following day. The response time was amazing and great customer service all around. I did request they redo the walls again due to remaining residue. John and his partner from Texas did phenomenal work. The Project Manager was very personable, and explained everything that was to be done in detail to me, repeating where necessary. The technicians were prompt, and made a minimal mess when cutting out wallboard.

Service was a bit pricey, but everything in the modern world is a bit pricey. Overall recommend - they were polite, professional, prompt and detailed.

CWF Restoration is a GREAT company!!! They walked us thru the entire process when our basement flooded. They were easy to get in contact with. Every crew member was courteous, knowledgeable and kept the scheduled time designated to be at our home.

Ryan made this experience very smooth and easy. There were some issues but he handled them very well. I had a better experience working with Ryan and his entire team than I did with my own insurance adjuster. Ryan even stepped up and handled some of that too.

I highly recommend this company. Jacob the PM came out within 60-90 minutes, addressed the issue, told us what to expect and gave great advice. He pulled some strings on time and cost, and his crew, Jonathan, Joey and Daniel showed up shortly after to set up remediation equipment for our leak. Daniel was very meticulously, made sure the cuts were exactly where I wanted and informed me of any further damages. They were in and out!

Chris F came in a got straight to business. He did the inspection and had the claim filed so efficiently. After he was done his crew came to rip up the wet sheetrock and floor.. Within a few hours Yovani S and Nathan N had the job done and ready for the plumber to come tomorrow. Great service and great workmanship

Everyone has been extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly in completing the restoration. The project Manager Mike stated on top of the job and followed up consistently. You cannot differentiate between the old and new. Would highly recommend if you need restoration work done in a timely, professional manner.

We had a minor leak from the shower in one of our restrooms. Chase did a great job analyzing the problem and offering solutions. He was very easy to work with and even humored our 2 young children who were really interested in what he was doing. Chase set up a work order to have some equipment placed in order to dry out our leak. In about an hour and half Daniel and Joey arrived with equipment and helped problem solve the issue as well. All 3 were great at deducing the issue and finding a proper solution. I recommend CWF (and these guys specifically) to anyone with emergency home needs.

We had a small leak in a pipe that caused damage to the ceiling of our living room. Daniel and Joey were our techs and they were fantastic. Clean, professional and thorough. I had a great experience working with Daniel. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was going to do and ensured I fully understood the process. He was very detail-oriented, making sure everything looked clean once the work was done. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. I had a great experience with CWF after a water heater failure. They walked me step-by-step through the insurance claim process, and assisted in keeping insurance accountable.

Remediation was done quickly and professionally, and the repair work was completed in a day. A special shout out to project manager Chris F. who stayed in constant contact and worked around a busy personal schedule.

We came home from a trip to find a puddle of water in our bedroom. After moving furniture, we discovered black mold. We immediately called CWF RESTORATION. They came right away, and JACOB began cutting out walls and carpet. He and his partner searched for a source, going in our attic to check the air conditioner and water heater. No luck in finding it, but they had to get blowers, heater, and dehumidifiers in all of the areas to begin getting everything dried out. Then every 2-3 days they have come to see the progress.
We called the plumber back be cause things got Dryer, we could tell there was still a slow leak. This house was built many years ago. The tub in the back doesn’t even have a way to turn off the water to it. Realized that the cracked tiles in that bathroom were in a perfect line with the faucet. He managed to get it apart and discovered that the ring was broken. It was so old. He wasn’t even sure that he could find a replacement. Magically he did. As soon as it was replaced, the leak stopped. The blower in the air conditioning duct started drying out the wall And no more water came in there.
JACOB and his partner JONATHAN came today, and my first thought was that all the noise was leaving! Then they carefully explain the restoration process. Not any of the wood would be replaced, so it had to be thoroughly dried, and the big beams were not. Then furniture would have to be removed and the rebuilding would have to start. I didn’t care so much about the last part, it’s just these things are really noisy, but they do their job. What I can say is CWF restoration is an excellent company. They are available 24 hours a day seven days a week. We have had several different people who have come in although Jacob has always been one of them. They are good honest people and explain things carefully. I would recommend them to anyone. I have no doubt that it will look better than when we bought this house several years ago. Thank you!

John and Austin came in yesterday about 430, they were very kind easy to work with, told me what they were gonna do and had everything done by 7 PM. I couldn't have asked for much more. The sales guy or project manager that came out Kevin helped me get a good understanding of everything that was gonna take place and had the crew out working in two hours. I could hardly believe he got it done so fast!!

We had a leak in the wall behind the shower, and decided to call CWF Restoration to assess the clean up needed on the slab beneath our laminate wood flooring. Chase arrived within 2 hours, and was very polite and professional during our initial consultation. We proceeded with scheduling an appointment for remediation 2 days from now due to the Thanksgiving holiday. We're looking forward to their ability to get everything dried and treated to prevent further damage.

Beginning to end my experience was great. A friend recommended CWF to me because she had a good experience. We had no regrets using them. Our plumber recommended CWF after an indoor flood. Jacob came out immediately and was able to assess our damage and get his mitigation crew out that same night. Josh and Austen were awesome! They did such a good job of putting up barriers while pulling up our floor/drywall to minimize the mess. They cleaned up afterwards and put down some cloths so the kids could still walk around the damaged areas without any danger. Really appreciate how quickly they worked to mitigate the affected area and minimize our loss.

Ordered a new dishwasher, guys came to install and there was a bad leak from the pipe coming down. Called CWF Restoration and they came the same day, evaluating the damage, also started the job! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience so far with CWF and the great group of people that have been helping us out with our home. Our project manager Dalton has been so great at communicating between the many parties and helping me navigate insurance. George and his guys, Jake and Derek, have worked tirelessly on demo and cleanup, unflappably dealing with each new problem uncovered in my crazy house. Everyone so far (also including Patrick and the two awesome guys that helped with water extraction) has been so professional (and just fun to be around!) that they are all a reassuring presence amidst our water disaster. Bryce showed up within a couple of hours of my plumber saying I had a major issue under cabinets. He had his team Jacob, Yovany, and Malic show up the next morning to begin mitigation work. Everyone was super professional, courteous, patient, even helped us move our personal belongings. They were utmost professionals and guided us through the stressful process.

CWF came out to clean up some water in our walls and ceilings. They were very responsive, Jorge came over in only 30 minutes after I called. The full water remediation team of Aaron, Jacob, Malik, and Kingston were very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. They did a great job. CWF was contacted, when an A/C serviceman accidentally stepped on a pipe to the water heater located in the attic. Water poured everywhere of course, upstairs and downstairs. CWF came out, assessed the situation and people came out right away and installed equipment to dry everything out on both floors. Even though we had to endure the roar of the drying units for several days, it was worth it to avoid mold forming. At the end of that period, Yovani and Tavo, came to do a scan for moisture and remove the equipment. The scan still showed moisture downstairs, they explained to me why they needed to leave the units downstairs and would be back in two days. They came back as promised and all was good. They were friendly and professional, as were the guys that came to install the equipment. All in all, it wasn’t as stressful as it could have been or was when water was pouring out. LOL

Very pleased with the team at CWF Restoration. Nathan, Karrmyne and Mauricio were very professional and quickly started our restoration project caused by an overflow on an AC drain line. I will recommend them to others.

I've been grateful that we ended up with Project Manager Christopher Lange from CWF as part of our response team. Christopher is thorough/detail-oriented, informative, and very easy to work with. Each step has been explained, or re-explained when we have questions or concerns. The post-service check-ins and follow-up between steps has been extraordinary, and we've been offered a 24/7 window of response to anything that may pop up, including calls. Even the office staff has called to check in on the day following completion of a service. To work with a company that can truly flex to your personal schedule day or night is an added bonus. This is a company phone number that I plan to keep in my contact list for any potential future emergencies.

We woke up to a plumbing leak and wet carpet. After a plumber diagnosed it, we had CWF come out to assess the mitigation. Bryce Brown was the project manager that I met with and couldn't have been more knowledgeable, informative, or courteous. They quickly assessed the damage and gave us a reasonable quote. We are very happy to be using them and I highly recommend them!

CWF project manager Gabriel Moreno came for an estimate yesterday and was very professional, pleasant, informative, and accommodating, answering my multiple questions in a timely manner and making me feel reassured that we were approaching the problem in the right way as well as matching the price of another bid I had received. The mitigation crew came today to the were also very pleasant and got their part done quickly with minimal interruption to my day. So far a very positive experience and I would recommend CWF for any mitigation needs!

Excellent service! While no one ever wants to need this kind of work done (Toilet leaked through the ceiling 🤮) I could not ask for better customer service. Noah was able to get out to us right away and was incredibly informative and efficient in diagnosing our issue and giving us options to resolve. I am very pleased with the experience I had with CWF Restoration. They came out on a weekend to assess the damage and provided a quote the next morning. (It was early evening when they came to assess). The water mitigation project manager Gabriel M. was professional and knowledgeable in explaining what needed to be done to stop further mold damage. I will say he went above and beyond given the situation to ensure I had everything done properly and at a reasonable price, compared to other competitors. They also have a guarantee on no mold growth or they will return to service free of charge.

To say that Gabe Moreno was the silver lining to a stressful mess-would be a huge understatement! I was blessed to meet him as my project director. Not only was he exceedingly knowledgeable; he brought a " human factor" to a stressful situation. He earned my trust. Gabe went above and beyond the extra mile. When Drew came for the removal of sheetrock, cabinets, etc. I was also impressed. This entire company has been amazing.

The two different teams they sent out (mitigation and restoration) were very professional and efficient. They did everything to protect our belongings and floors. The final product looked like the original building.

CWF Restoration provided a great experience from the beginning to end. Chris was very informative during our consult visit. He explained the process well and everything went smooth and as expected. Nestor & Adan were always prompt and professional when installing and removing the equipment. We were highly impressed by the company and will recommend to family and friends.

We had a water leak on the first floor, resulting in damage to wood floors, baseboards, and sheetrock. We managed to get the water out of the house in a few hours, but the damage had already been done. Project Manager Chris S. came that day and arranged for a mitigation team the next day. Chris is wonderful and very responsive. The removal team headed by Trenton did a great job at removing the flooring, sheetrock, insulation, and baseboards, and left about 20 fans and several dehumidifiers for 4 days to complete the water removal.
My only complaint is that only two men came to do the removal, when it really should have been a 3-person crew. They came around 9am and were here until after 10pm. I felt really bad they had to work such long hours. How can a company overwork their mitigation team and continue to keep good employees?

So far so good. We had a tankless water heater located in the garage leak and Mario did a detailed cost estimate that day and his team (Chris and Gavin) removed the damaged area the next day. They explained what they were going to do, then what they did and why. The work area was left very clean and tidy.
